| Description: | This position is primarily responsible for developing marketing content and producing the graphic design of documents and other related items. This position will be working with several teams and cuasterisk.com network partners and will be responsible for creating marketplace, client, and member facing materials. The marketing designer will also develop new web content, review websites and make necessary changes to maintain accurate, timely and fresh information. |
| Duties: | Create advertisements for both print and web publication. Compose content for marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, inserts, online, and direct mail pieces. Create, revise land standardize logo formats. Provide support to staff regarding graphic needs and marketing content for written communication needs. - Participate in team meetings, gather information and data and think creatively to produce new ideas for marketing and advertising.
- Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Web and Creative Services Team, and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.

| Qualifications: | Superior written and verbal communication skills. Aptitude for writing with a marketing flair. Demonstrated skills in graphic design of both print and web applications. Above-average PC software skills, including comfort with editing. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS4 ( InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator) . High School graduate or equivalent is required. Two-year degree in marketing or graphic design-related field or equivalent work experience is required. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively handle rapidly-changing priorities and meet deadlines. Self-directed, able to take initiative. Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
